Does AOGCrew replace a Part-145 organization?
No. All support engagements are performed under the client's approved Part-145 organization, supervision and procedures. AOGCrew does not issue Certificates of Release to Service and does not replace any Part-145 responsibility.
Does AOGCrew employ the technicians?
No. AOGCrew is a support network for aviation maintenance organizations and maintenance professionals. Any engagement remains subject to the client organization's own procedures, competence assessment, supervision and internal authorizations.
How does AOGCrew check the professionals on the platform?
AOGCrew reviews each professional's submitted documentation for completeness. AOGCrew does not certify, approve, authorize or guarantee the technical competence of any professional. Competence assessment and assignment authorization remain with the client Part-145 organization.
