Who we are
AOGCrew is operated by Facilibel BV, registered at Tuinwijkstraat 132, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium (VAT BE0762428116). Facilibel BV is the data controller within the meaning of GDPR Article 4(7) for personal data processed via aogcrew.com. For data protection matters, contact ops@aogcrew.com.
What we collect
- Account data: email, role, and details submitted during onboarding.
- Contact form submissions: name, organization, email, phone (if provided), message.
- Document metadata: filename, type, size, upload timestamp. Document content is stored separately from metadata via the file storage provider.
- Server logs: standard request logs for security, debugging and abuse prevention.
Why we process it
To provide the AOGCrew service (account, request handling, document review for completeness), to comply with legal obligations, and to protect the integrity of the platform.
Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for account and engagement data; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for service security and contact-form processing; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for tax and accounting records.
Service providers and data processors
Personal data is processed by Facilibel BV. To deliver the service, Facilibel BV engages trusted third-party service providers acting as data processors under written agreements.
The categories of recipients are: hosting, authentication, database, file storage, and transactional email providers.
Server location may vary by provider. For specific data residency questions or the names of current providers, contact ops@aogcrew.com.
Retention
Account data: while the account is active, plus up to 12 months after closure. Contact form submissions: up to 24 months. Documents: while the account is active. Tax records: as required by Belgian law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing (GDPR Articles 15–22). Send requests to ops@aogcrew.com.
